Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $52.00/hour
• Travel Rate & Per Diem: $27/hour + $1,200 weekly per diem
• Weekly Gross Total: $2,280 (based on 40 hours)
• Bonus: $300 starting bonus on first paycheck

What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Safely operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System throughout treatments
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access status
• Manage all types of dialysis vascular access, including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists and hospital staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during procedures
• Function independently in a fast-paced hospital environment ensuring patient safety and quality of care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs

Preferred:

• Strong assessment skills and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
